As I said yesterday, breakfast is easy to love when it tastes like dessert. This morning’s breakfast was no exception.
Strawberry Honey Yogurt Parfait (with Graham Cracker “Granola”)
I used:
- 3-4 strawberries
- about 1 c of TJ’s 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 full sheet graham cracker (I used the Honey Maid variety)
- 1 – 2 tbsp of raw rolled oats
Mix the honey and the Greek yogurt together in a separate bowl. Then put the graham cracker in a small plastic bag with the oats to make “granola”. Smoosh bag to crumble the graham cracker with the oats. Also, slice up your strawberries. Finally, layer the yogurt, graham cracker/oat “granola,” and strawberries. Ta-da!
How do I know it was good? Exhibit 1:
I rest my case.
Speaking of cases, the amount of reading I have for my afternoon seminar is driving me a little crazy. I still have over 40 pages to read. Uh oh.
Now if only Leo would stop trying to get me to pet him while I read!
Well, now he’s off to look through my bedroom window. Time to seize this opportunity to finish this reading!
As you could probably tell, strawberries are my favorite fruit. What is yours?

Strawberries are usually my favorite fruit too!! I eat a lot of apples and grapes too though! AND I love a fresh pineapple or cantaloupe in the summer.
Wanna know a fruit I don’t like? Watermelon! And this is my husbands favorite!
Hmmm… a favorite fruit… I don’t think I could decide! I do really love blueberries.
I just found a pack of graham cracker’s a few days back in my cupboard and they are already gone. I forget how much I love them!
I adore apples. I have one every day and always love it. I don’t think I could ever get sick of them. I really don’t think I could get sick of any fruit though.
That parfait looks and sounds amazing!!!
Bananas are by far my favorite — but they have to be perfect — all yellow with a few black spots. Those are the best!
